How do I return an item?

The Four Paw Emporium is working with two separate companies, Pet Retail Supplies, and Pet Life.  I have chosen these companies because of the unique products that they offer.  You will need to follow the return policy of the company in which the product was delivered from.  Please follow the supplier's instruction completely.  When I have been notified that the return has been accepted I will then refund your money.  Thank you for using Four Paw Emporium for your dog/cat needs.


Pet Retail Supplies Product Return Instructions

  • In order to return merchandise, you must obtain a return authorization number from Four Paw Emporium
  • All returns must be shipped back to Pet Retail Supply, Attn:  Returns Department, 7025 S. Fulton Street, #150, Centennial, CO 80112
  • The order must be returned to Pet Retail Supply within 60 days of purchase
  • Returned merchandise must be in new condition:  completely clean of pet hair, stains, and order
  • The products must have their original tags still attached and we have verified the items(s) meet our return condition
  • When Four Paw Emporium has been issued a verification that we have accepted the return(s)  you will be issued  a refund
  • Please allow 7-10 business days (Monday - Friday) after your return has been received for processing and receive a refund


Pet Life Return Instructions

  • Pet Life Offers a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase on all orders placed
  • Frist you must email Pet Life at info@petlifecentral.com to request a return
  • Be sure to provide your order # and the reason for the return in your email
  • Returned merchandise must be in new condition:  completely clean of pet hair, stains, and order
  • The products must have their original tags still attached and we have verified the items(s) meet our return condition
  • When Four Paw Emporium has been issued a verification that we have accepted the return(s)  you will be issued  a refund
  • Do not send back any order without approval
  • When Four Paw Emporium has been issued a verification that we have accepted the return(s)  you will be issued  a refund
  • Used products that are sent back will not be refunded and will be returned to you upon request at your expense
